Speir and Heather Bryant gave me the kitchen of my dreams. It was exactly what I wanted. I live in a 100 year old historic home and the kitchen was terrible Speir had to basically rebuild it from the ground up due to a terrible addition/renovation back in the 1980s. There was wood rot, unstable support beams, you name it. Speir even did a lot of the woodworking himself to get it right. The care and personal touches that Heather applied really gave the end result a custom appearance and my home and kitchen were featured on the Holiday Tour of Homes. Thank you Heather and Speir and WS Builders!

Speir and Heather of W.S. Builders changed our house and our lives. It is like our 100 year old Avondale home was designed around our family, because now it is. Speir and Heather designed and executed an innovative whole house renovation that changed the flow of the house and captured new spaces. The budget focused on form and function and included relocating the kitchen to the opposite side of the house, adding a bar area and walk in pantry, moving the laundry upstairs, expanding the master bath and closet and restoring original floors. It is amazing. Additionally they managed all the regulations and paperwork for renovations in an historic Avondale home. As an added benefit and accommodating our brood, they were able to maintain the original kitchen until the new one was on line, even thought it was certainly inconvenient for them. W.S. Builders were great with whom to work - they come with my highest recommendation. Take advantage of their vision and execution.
