        The store is supposed to open at 5am everyday but too many times have I came to pick up my mobile order an no one is there or the employees are just arriving, if the times have changed then maybe update the hours online.

        We were coming from long drive... stop by This DD for a hot coffee...I ordered a hot Americano coffee and I went to use restroom...I came back maybe in 5 minutes after...and I waited for 3 more minutes..my drink wasn't ready!5-6 employees were around...I ask my coffee? What did you order? An Americano coffee...and she just made my coffee in 20 seconds... that was so quick to made a an espresso and add hot water to make an Americano right?like customer don't know what is Americano...my drink was cold ..and she just put a normal brewed coffee from container and handled to me as an Americano...when i reminded hwe this is not an Americano...bcz i didn't hear any coffee machine grounds&made espresso....and she acted like she made it fresh and she knows what is Americano....why they pay to you?why they hire employees like you?I paid good money for my drink Andi was so tired and long way to drive...I forgot to ask where the hack is your Manager.... never every will go back to Dunkin donuts...so shameful!
