We booked Jeep Cherokee online but they gave us Santa Fe. After we drove for a few minutes we realized one tier was less air, so we went back to the office again to fix it but we didn't what they did after a few minutes again happened the same thing. We rent this car for 7 days. Every day we put air still the same things. They should check everything Before they hand it over to the client t the car first. Was a really bad experience with Fox. We spending our vacation time to thinking about the tire So sad Bad business

Please dont waste your vacation time in worrying about your car . Because theyll give you a car which has so much issues. I booked it for 7 days and every day I had to put air every day. It runs my vacation time in limbo

Vehicle was semi clean. The windshield and inside rear view mirror had grime on them both. Also. What I was told if you book for 6 days and return 1 day early they do not refund you for the day but charge you $20.00 per day for early return. Also rental building is "off site" from Jacksonville Airport terminal. Allow Xtra time for return process. Otherwise all went well and as planned.
