Prime Car Wash

Went here for the second time. First time I went they threw away one of my cup coasters and a less than impressive job vacuuming. This time there is a lack of detail to the rims. They broke my second air freshener to date. For 60 dollars, youd think they would spend some time and attention to your vehicle. A 15 dollar charge for a dash and console cleaning and they wont even clean it right. Save your money and go somewhere else. Theyve lost my business and I hope yours.

Just spent $200 to get Toms car detailed After approximately two hours, they said it was ready we went out and looked at the car before we left. The windows inside.car had not been cleaned. The mirrors on the outside had not been cleaned. There was soap scum, all over that we found, wax that had not been wiped or buffed on the outside. When I complain to management. The guy said because I criticized his employee by saying hes not worth &$$$ he criticized me more than the employee and I told him he was the manager. How was he going to know about things like this? If he doesnt take the criticism from a customer that just spent a lot of money. They did not offer anything and I dont want anything from them because I will never go back and suggest that no one go there. I had another appointment right after this horrible experience, and when I was talking about it, other people were telling me how they had canceled their membership with prime as management does not care about anything the employees do, and the quality of the service had drastically gone down. **** manager stated I cussed at employee which is 100% not true, I had even given the employee a $20 tip. Shows how little management knows about what is going on and how they LIE.
