On services directly through us, We do not collect customers billing information. We send out invoices that the customer views and pays manually. Customer never sent a written request. His invoice was cancelled the 24th. It was explained to customer we have no control over who sends him mail or any courier that delivers it. The service is an address service. He said he puts the mailbox number on it I can Google his business and accused me if accusing him of not writing his address right. Calmly I said to him that's not what I said I was speaking in general what I have noticed that creates issues when others that send mail to recipients fail to do often then he started going off and being rude and hung up on me. The point is if he only got the address to receive mail then why is he using it for marketing and advertising during the 8 months and so on after he canceled the service even at this moment if it doesn't work and served no purpose? Then called for a refund and still using the service ????? Our website is very transparent about the uses of the service. You can use them all, some or none, it's up to the customer we don't monitor it. It's also prepaid. All you do is email us to cancel for a written record in cases like this.
