I would highly recommend this business! They showed up when they said they would be here. All Dry ran extensive tests to determine where our leak was coming from. Next they discussed findings and explained how to proceed. When the job was done they make sure there is no mess left behind. I am very impressed with All Dry. Todd Marshall are Zack Kuehmwier are amazing!

I would highly recommend All Dry Services. Mr. Todd was very patient with my questions. Honest and walked me through the process. Zack and his crew were great. Very polite, steady workers and left the area clean. Great job.

If you ever have the unfortunate situation where you need these services, youre only call should be to All Dry. Theyre very thorough and thoughtful in their approach. Any time the owner of the company is also on the job, you know youre in good hands!

We have used All-Dry of SE Jacksonville twice in as many months. We used them for a small mold remediation in our garage as part of the repair agreement and sale of our home, and we used them for odor removal as well in our newly purchased home. They did a great job on both projects. A word on the odor removal; we used the chlorine dioxide vape available now to remove pet and cigarette smells in the home. These smells permeated the entire home. We removed all the carpet and padding first, then Todd and his team came in with the vape and there are not enough words to say how happy we are with the outcome. This option is legit, you do not have to rely only on the old-school ways involving ozone machines and scrubbing every surface from top to bottom. Every realtor, home owner, and/or property manager needs to know about this cost-effective solution (.35 per square foot!). Todd put no entry signs on the doors and they reiterated every step of the way no plants/no pets/no people during the process, but you may enter the home just fine after its completion. We are highly satisfied with the outcome of both projects involving All-Dry. The only possible area of improvement is communication, but you must realize this is remediation company handling emergency after emergency. I felt awful always feeling like I was interrupting Todd, but hes managing as best he can. I hope to never need another remediation need, but if I do, Im keeping Todds number handy.

Good evening Texas, I want to start out by telling you a story of ALL Dry Services of Metro South. Me, and my wife own a 4 acre small ranch which we've owned for 5 years. It's a pier and beam home foundation which a broken pipe in the middle of it caused us just pure hell. Well, Mold began to develop, and we soon found out our home had 3 to 4 feet of water that was sinking our home 3 to 4 inches causing cracks, and all types of damages, it was just awful! We called all types of people for mitigation companies like Servpro but they only screwed us well by not even getting the water dried out at all, it was just horrific. Well, I looked online, and called ALL Dry, and found myself talking to Carl, a guy I just simply love like a brother, Carl herd my story, and from their, he worked tirelessly to examine our issues with the water, foundation, and told me how he could get rid of our Mold Issue so we could begin our major repairs from the damages of the water underneath our home that had settled from a broken pipe. Carl came out to Kennedale, Texas, took a look, and a little than a month later, our family is back on track to recovery. Car with All Dry Services did everything he told us which included making the feel of the situation much better by communicating every area of concern to us in writing, by email, and text as well as voicemail. Carl became part of our family. I remember one day driving to our home because I had to feed our farm animals which consist of sheep, ducks, rabbits, dogs, and cats. I saw a gentleman from our CCTV, and Ring Cameras in a large beautiful pickup truck in the front of our home, he appeared to be looking at our sheep, and as I opened the gate, and drove up the driveway, I got out of my truck, and began walking over to my sheep, and I looked up, and said "who are you?", and as this guy stood next to all of the flooring that was removed from our beautiful home, he looked up, and said "I'm the owner, of ALL Dry Services" , I was shocked, as he talked about picking up this big heap of wood, and flooring removed by his employee Carl, and their working crew from All Dry Services Metro South. It was truly Stunning! These people showed us they cared so much that even the owner came by to assist them with our home with mitigation, Mold Cleanup, and working with a Texas Protocol to ensure that everything was given an "ALL CLEAR" so that the Foundation Company could begin their work to the of major repairs that our home needed. This was just a blessing. So, we had to rent a home about one mile away from our permanent home until all repairs were completed but none of the work could be completed until all of the mitigation, and mold were completely gone, and this is where "All Dry" came into our lives, making everything so much better, and our lives became peaceful knowing we have someone we can trust not only now but, in the future, What I'm saying to you Texas, is give Carl, and the great people of ALL Dry your concerns, and they will not let you down! They carried us to the end zone, and God I feel like everyday I've scored a a Touchdown with ALL DRY Services Metro South. I'm a Hospital Director, and I can tell you, these guys are the real McCoy!!! Thank you ALL DRY , and I love you Carl, your simply the best dude!!!! Say hello to your great owner!
