Freedom Escape Spa and Lash Bar LLC

I had an appointment at 10a.m. With an email confirmation. Now this place wasnt easy to find and I was 5 mins early after looking for it for around 20 mins. I waited and waited then after 20 mins it seemed pretty clear that she was not there in her office at all. The front office people had no clue that she wasnt there or where she was. Not only I or the office people could get a hold of her In any way and not notified after 45 mins of waiting. I lost 2 hours of my time waiting and driving in total. At 5:04 p.m. I finally received a response that she and her son was sick. I know things happen but pretty unprofessional. All it would take is a quick call to the office to notify them that she wasnt coming in so then they could inform all clients. To me it sounded like an excuse after the fact.
