PPS Walk-In Glam Salon is by far the best walk-in salon for people of color in Jacksonville, this cozy gem provides just about every hair and nail services and has a relaxed and very welcoming atmosphere, absolutely love it!

Love that they are a walk-in salon, very beautiful lay out. The atmosphere was everything. Had lite refreshments and very welcoming! If you need natural hair care or any type of styles this is the place for you. The Owner is very helpful and well educated in the hair industry. 10/10

Will not be returning. These new stylist do what works for them and not what the clients want. I specifically requested for my braids to done a certain way. Stylist Shay straight up told me she would be doing her method her way. If I cant have a say in the way my braids are done for $225 I will not be spending my hard earned money.

My appointment was with the owner Quanda Lyles at Pretty, Prissy Sadity Walk-In Glam Salon. This is my second time here and I am so glad I gave the shop a second try the first time she had some stylist who were just a bit ratchet for my taste but I overlooked that because they appeared to be very young. However I was extremely impressed at the changes with this salon. The atmosphere was relaxing She was attentive She is honest She actually listens she walked me through everything she was doing and what products she was using. She even gave me tips on products to use at home. Am new in town and had a lot of questions. I never felt like just another number here or that my question was annoying her. Lol Her personality was so comforting And welcoming. The entire shop was clean from The bathroom to the front area Her prices are reasonable I have just found my new stylist If you are hesitating about booking an appointment dont be. Do it!!! Book your appointment today. I promise you wont regret it. And if you dont want to make an appointment she even takes walk ins giving JCPenny and the other major salons a run for their money.

The vibes are ALWAYS immaculate ! My #1 favorite salon & Quanda is always doing my hair just the way i like it ! no complaints I always recommend the PPS salon to anyone.
