I wish I could give them 0 star. Plz do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money to go there. Ive been doing highlights and putting bleach on my hair for more than 10 years. I have dark hair but I never got any orange pieces on my hair until last time I went to this salon. I called them and asked for their best stylist to go get a partial highlight to get rid of these orange pieces. This is the first time I got this answer from a stylist I cant bleach your hair because your hair is dark this is ridiculous. I have a very big birthday party tonight and I made this appointment a months ago and I just had to walk out of the salon because they refused the service. My hair was fried from this place. I thought it was weird to be sitting with hot towels on my head and I wasnt checked on for color for a long time. I even mentioned the fact that my hair lightens quickly. The toner kept it smooth for about a week and then it was obvious how damaged it was. I couldnt get a brush through my hair for a long time. To be fair, I didnt go back or give the stylist a chance to fix it. I just didnt want anyone from there touching my hair really. I find Aveda color to be damaging personally. The salon is very nice and I did notice other women walking out with beautifully done hair. I just wish I was one of them. Services: Haircut, Balayage My hair was fried from this place.
