    Super cute place. I had a Groupon so I could check it out, and I definitely was not disappointed and will be back. The boutique was easy to find with adequate parking. The doors stay locked, but the greeting was prompt and professional. I was take back to the mani/pedi room. The restored home is cutely decorated and spaces flow well. The room was comfortable and the technician, Sharice, was good. The other staff passed through and everyone was very social. Overall great experience, with plans to return to try other services.

    Bought a Groupon for my wife.. Tried to use it for a wedding before it expired. The owner booked her appt a week later after the wedding then canceled the day before.. She lied about not having someone available to take care of her to avoid honoring the Groupon.. This place and the owners are what gives businesses a bad name.. You lied on the review to cover yourself I see.. My wife didn't change her appointment liar

    I bought a groupon this year for a classic Mani-pedi. It says to go to their website to make appt but there was no item listed as "Mani-Pedi", Only individual manicures and Pedicures. How do you set up an appt for both when the stylist are not available at the same time for both.. I called 4 times including today. Each time I get their voicemail and leave voicemail. I NEVER got a call back. I can see when this business calls on my cell, but there were no calls and no voicemail left. I had referred to Groupon but no response to original support message i sent. I finally got a response today, and asked for refund. Since this business does not feel the need to return calls, I would not ever recommend them as that is so unprofessional.

Mr. Hannor, our Spa voluntarily partners with Groupon and we accept expired vouchers quite often. Groupon pays a small bonus to the business when we accept expired vouchers, therefore there is absolutely no reason for us to avoid honoring a voucher. Your wife contacted us for a specific date and time and we did not have any openings for her request. She had zero flexibility in her schedule and she turned down the other options that were offered because she said she had to work. She eventually accepted the next available opening and she stated that she would just go somewhere else to get her nails done for the wedding that she was attending in two days. We explained this entire scenario to you when you called our Spa. We tried to explain to you that we had no way of knowing that the Groupon you bought on May 13, 2023 was for a wedding in September. We also shared with you the date and time she schedule for and you stated that it didn’t make since for her to come to us for an appointment at that time because that wedding would be over. When you were asked if she wanted to keep that appointment you cursed our representative and called her a disrespectful name and ended the call abruptly. We immediately contacted your wife again to see if she still wanted to keep her appointment and she stated that she did. Our booking system shows that your wife’s appointment was “cancelled online by the customer”. This means that the customer logged into their account and intentionally cancelled the appointment they were scheduled for. We are not sure if this review is being submitted because we could not accommodate your wife’s schedule or if it’s because she cancelled her appointment online, either way we wish you the best and hopefully she will be able to schedule future appointments well in advance of the event date to ensure this situation doesn’t happen again.

Ms. Arrington, thank you for choosing our spa for your pampering services. Selecting a date and time for a manicure and pedicure individually is the same as selecting a "Mani-Pedi". You were not able to schedule both services together because the date and times you were choosing were not available. Please know that we received your phone call on 10/27 and returned your call on 10/29, but did not receive an answer. You called us today at 1:26 and again at 1:28 but we were with clients and could not receive your call, we were not afforded the time to return your call before you left a negative review on our google page.In reviewing your Groupon file, I notice that you purchased the voucher in July and it expires today. In the future, please note that Groupon allows merchants to honor expired vouchers. Therefore, there is not a need to leave unwarranted negative reviews on the merchants page in an attempt to recoup funds.
