      Hi Paul, I’m sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectation in regards to your appointment. When your appointment slot becomes unavailable we reach out to our customers to inform them of a scheduling conflict. There was an emergency situation that did not allow us to be able to service you at the time of your appointment. We made several unsuccessful attempts to contact you to reschedule your appointment. Unfortunately we received no answer to our attempts. We have always appreciated your business and have aimed to provide you with excellent service. Again we apologize for this unfortunate situation as this is not the Diamond Kutz way.
