Didn't care for the fact I was speaking to the pastor and he wasnt even interested in our conversation and was trying to just brush me off as soon as possible I will not be returning

I had the opportunity to go to one of the Community Conversation that our newly elected mayor has been visiting each of the city council districts in our city and the one for Arlington was about maybe 2 weeks ago and it was to be at River City Baptist Church on Merrill Road and I went after I got off from work and I don't really go to meetings with our elected officials, but since I work so closely by, it might be interesting to hear about what is said and discussed. River City Baptist Church has a very big sanctuary and it was standing room only for this meeting. Lots of topics were discussed and it was about an hour and a half and we had the opportunity to meet the pastor of River City Baptist Church and the meeting was opened up with prayer and after the events happening this weekend as our community leaders need to be prayed for every day they serve their constituents for our safety and theirs as well. Our world is not as safe as we believe, so we must be aware of our surroundings.
