Beware this bank is the slowest ever. Doors are always locked to public. I have to come here weekly for work and they are slow regardless of traffic. Ive sat here for 15 minutes with no other cars in sight.

Truist is a new bank, that was a merger from Suntrust and another bank. So far, I am extremely unimpressed with this bank. I have gone to this location multiple times, and the doors are locked to the public. When I called the branch to speak with someone in person, I was told because the manager wasnt there, they were unable to let me in and speak to someone in regards to my issue. I was told to call their service line, but when I called, I was told the wait time was an hour and twenty mins. Why would you have a physical branch if noone is allowed inside. And the dismissive attitude I recieved didnt help the matter. I realize they are a new bank, but I cant help but wonder how long theyll be in business when they treat there clientele like this..
