        Customer service on the local level is good. When it come Woodforest as a whole. It is the most Barnum and Bailey, Dollar tree run bank in the nation. Pt Barnum was reincarnated as the CEO. It has NOTHING to offer compared to other banks. It does give second chances, but my God you pay for it with lack of customer service and pre historic features which they think are new. Get that chance and then close your account and run the hell away to a real bank, real fast. Basically they SUCKKKKKKKKKKK.
