        I do my best to avoid banks, but I needed some silver coins for Christmas gifts and to make a wihdrawal. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Very refreshing in todays post covid world. A+ Customer Service

        I would advise NOT banking with BOA. I've had nothing but issues with this bank, and nothing but time wasted. It was quite a process to get my business account opened with them and when I asked for a small credot card to buy stuff for my company, they sent a letter saying they were closing my account. I have my business open with 4 other banks and have not had to deal with this. And every time I come here there is a long line, at least 30-45 minute wait :( Go to Navy Federal, Vystar, or Chase instead

        Dont ever go to this bank for POA, Notarized. This girl Anya Jones needs to be fired. Have all your Documents DONT LET HER SEPARATE ANY PAGES. Because this girl and the rest of the staff will separate whats critical page you will need for approval. And will make you wait and make you feel stupid while you wait. Go somewhere else for POA Notirazation, where the Principal dont have an account. Because this Bank will set you up. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BOA. This Anya Jones needs to be fired shes STUPID!!!
