Wells Fargo Bank

My wife and I were running late for a meeting with business associates, and needed copies of financial figures on several accounts. Eric Garcia, the Bartram branch manager, went above and beyond to get us what we needed quickly and efficiently. We always have positive experiences at this branch. Kudos to Eric and his staff.

Visiting from out of town I'm very disappointed how the Wells Fargo branch stores operate in this area seems that none of them are have lobbies open after 4:00 p.m. and drive-thru's not open after 4:00 p.m. either. Who would even want a bank with these people if you can't bank after work I guess they expect you to get off before 4:00 p.m. and get there Total fail Wells Fargo look at other bank hours for Wells Fargo's around the country and maybe you'll see how you should properly service your customers maybe you would have more customers if you stayed open later terrible Jacksonville Wells Fargo fail.

Even with everything that is happening today the staff was very friendly and happy it made me feel good to come in and be able to take care of business. Branch manager Danijela was very helpful and provided me options for online services that I could use to deposit my check which is great and Convenient thank you for having people there that care about my banking needs.

Had to get a signature for an Ins claim w my Leon holder. I honestly dread going into ANY bank bc the people IN MOST BANKS are so grumpy and stuffy. But Candace was all smiles and so nice to work with. I think Wells Fargo is really fortunate to have her. I hope she goes far w the company.
