When I tell you this was the smoothest experience Ive ever had at a mechanic shop, believe me. It started off with a flat tire I got off the highway. I looked up repair shops in Saint Johns and saw all of the great reviews for Auto medics so I decided to give them a try! I called in and was immediately helped by their tow service to have my vehicle picked up.
Check in process was seamless and after letting me know the repair cost for the tire, they also did a complimentary vehicle inspection which led to the discovery that my brakes needed changing, my windshield wipes were worn out and I needed an oil change and a new bulb on my front head light. i own a 2016 Honda accord. I hadnt planned on all of these repairs so I was able to have them done without spending my very own money and using a flexible financing option. Virgilio explained everything I needed to know about my repairs in detail and why it was important to fix.
Rosalina was a sweetheart as well. She helped me apply for the flexible financing option and set me up with their complimentary shuttle to get to my job!!! I didnt have a go-to mechanic for my vehicle and now, Auto Medic has me locked in for life. must try!!!!!
