Overall poor experience. No one ever answers the phone. I took my car in for a tune up. After 2.5 hours, I got my car back and they hadn't even done the oil change. Multiple warning lights are still flashing. I have no idea what work I even paid for.

I bought my car there in 2021. Their service was a 5 then and up until about 2023. Since 2023 it has been a nightmare to walk through that damned door. Yesterday I go in for an appointment that I waited 3 weeks for. Set at 9am. I get there at 9:10 and check in. At 11:30 I ask for an update and I get told my car has t even been looked at yet. IF THERE WERE 18 PEOPLE ABEAD OF ME AT 9am, YOU REALLY SHOULDNT HAVE MADE A APPOINTMENT, should you? Ended up having to leave an hour later with it not looked at. The time before they tried to charge me a repair that shouldve been covered by warranty and they tried to use timing and mileage as an excuse. You diagnosed the issue before the warranty mileage hit, then I had to wait a month for YOUR parts and then you try to say that now my cars not under warranty? Nice try. Whoever took over management of their Service department has absolutely trashed it. Im moving dealerships and not purchasing here again.

Do you want to be robbed? Do you want to throw hundreds of dollars into a shredder? Do you want to waste hours of your time and have absolutely NOTHING repaired? Then Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville Service is the place for you! Not only will they charge you $480+ and not perform a single repair, they will also include a 3% surcharge for paying with your credit card - just like you would find at a roadside vendor. Then, if you are beyond thrilled with this, you will be amazed...AMAZED...when they ask for another $700 in diagnostic fees to really figure out what is wrong. That's right - a total of $1200 to possibly diagnose a problem. No guarantee, but they will really try. $1200 and BEFORE any repairs have been performed. So, if you are looking for a great time of frustration and thievery, then you should absolutely bring your car to Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville no-Service!

Im on my 3rd Hyundai Tucson, the 3rd purchased at Jenkins. It wont be the last Hyundai I buy but it will be the last time I purchase from Jenkins solely based on their terrible service department. They never answer the phone, when they do answer, I have never hung up the phone thinking, well that was pleasant and/or professional. Brought a brand new Hyundai Tucson into be serviced because the engine just shutdown, 3 months after the purchase and (I guess they thought I was a dumb girl) they tried telling me I put bad gas in my car and tried telling me that repairs wouldnt be covered under my warranty. I immediately called them back to advise I spoke with someone at the department of agriculture and they stated if bad fuel is the cause they need to know asap because they only have a small window of time to test the gas stations fuel. Dont you know I got a call back stating, good news!! Bad gas wasnt the cause and its under warranty. You dont say. Next Tucson will be purchased at Key!
