This company allowed my information to be used for someone to purchase a power sport automobile of some sort. When I called to clear things up, they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. They claim the item was delivered to my home but would not reveal the date it was delivered to me nor would they provide me with the information the persons used to purchase the automobile so that I could alert the authorities. Based on what happened to me, I believe they are complicit in practices that are NOT good for consumers or potential consumers. *Response after Jaguar Power Sports Response* Im glad you have the recording so you can go back and clearly hear where your employee REFUSED to present me with ALL of the infomation/documents presented to your company by the consumer to purchase the item. Your employee said they had to call the owner to provide me with the information that I was requesting and when asked to do that, they again REFUSED to do that too. How is that being a company that is willing to help me?? Your employee also said the item was delivered to my home and REFUSED to tell me the exact date the item would have even been delivered so that I could look at my cameras (all 5 of them) and see that NO ITEM FROM YOU WAS EVER DELIVERED TO ME! The outright refusal to provide me with ALL requested documents that were used to process the transaction so that I am able to include them in a police report, leads me to believe that you are okay with what occurred. My ID was never stolen. One of the documents that I asked to see that was presented was the ID that you have on file for me and your employee refused to provide me with it. Everything Ive stated here is my sound opinion and belief and it is based on my experience with your company today. *Response after Jaguars May 10th response* Your company didnt do their due diligence. Point. Blank. Period. Your business model is what allowed this to happen and its very unfortunate that you did nothing to help rectify the situation. You are only worried about your sales and less about the me, the consumer. You claimed a WHOLE ATV was delivered to my home and when I asked for receipt of that you would not give me ANYTHING! Why not give me that?! The date, info on the party who delivered it that day?! I have 5 cameras around my home! I would have seen that delivery! It never happened. What happened here was not okay. Everything Ive stated here is my sound opinion and belief and it is based on my experience with your company.

Overall, I had a good experience with Jaguar Power Sports. I purchased a black 1500cc zoom. So far, I love the scooter Thanks! I ordered some accessories online.

The staff was very knowledgeable courteous and professionalism and its best I would recommend Jaguar Power Sports any person that's looking for outdoor fund

We support this business because they support veterans. The city of Jacksonville went after our local shop and we will definitely back them. God bless our troops!
