    AWFUL! You call and get voice mail every time and they do NOT call you back. They were sent by my home warranty to fix my fridge, they came out, diagnosed, said we needed to order parts....that was way back on March 23, 2021. The parts finally arrived last night (home warranty originally mailed to wrong address 6 hours away TWICE). I have called them no less than 4 times this week as well as my home warranty. They are not calling back so in essence took my money but is refusing to come back and finish the job they were paid to do.

    If I could leave negative stars I would! Three visits by two reps three different parts ordered all wrong and then zero reply to communication. Mind you Im going through my home warranty I paid my deductible to Astor they failed to do anything. They also employ a gentleman who goes by the name Steve who is beyond rude comes across as intimidating and has zero understanding of how to service anything. Add onto that Im still without my appliance after almost a month of their run around and that they refuse to communicate. Avoid them at all costs

    On the fourth week of having no refrigerator and this company wont return our call unless we sit on hold with the warranty company multiple times a day asking them to call and email them on our behalf to get appointments scheduled. We literally have no fridge but they cant be bothered to come out after their initial repair didnt work.

    In the times we are living in (The Pandemic), it is a nice feeling to know there are quality-oriented people like Orestes out there doing a wonderful job! Orestes was prompt, polite, professional and very personable. He was a pleasure to have work on and repair our dishwasher. We are very grateful for workers "out there" continuing to take care of the needs of the public...even while it still isn't a safe bet being around people you don't know, who could have Covid. We are thankful and truly appreciate the Excellent service we received by this repairman!!! God Bless & Be Safe!!

    This is the worst experience I've had with a company--big or small--and I consider myself pretty lenient. My water heater broke after a wind storm, and a replacement part was shipped and delivered to this company (verified delivery from Bradford White). I have not been able to talk to a rep on the phone to schedule the repair with the replacement part, and considering my water heater has been broken for a week, this is unacceptable. I am honestly surprised this company is still in business.
