I found George to be disreputable, not a man of his word. I would not recommend him nor would I use him again.

The repair man entered my home and stated I must be hiding from the police implying that I’m a criminal and on top of that he did not fix the dishwasher I’ve been waiting over a month for them to come back out to repair the dishwasher I had to request that the first repair man not to return to my homeBecause he was very offensive when I called the branch to let them know what was said I was told he has a very strange sense of humor I didn’t take it as funny it was very offensive Service: Dishwasher repair

Called 9 Dec, George M Smith showed up w/his associate on 10 Dec, advised me my washer needed main power circuit board, total repair cost = $350. He required $200 deposit to order part. 21 Dec I called George for status & he advised part discontinued & not available. He agreed to bring my $200 in cash the following Monday by 10 am. He didn’t show up or contact me! I’ve called several times leaving Msg’s and sent him texts, which he doesn’t respond to! As of 10 Jan 2021 I have not received a refund! Small Claims Court is my next action!
