Leasing process was easy. Sophia took time to understand our needs and helped us select the perfect apartment. There are planned activities to get to know your
neighbors. Mimi is the Life Style Director and has made us feel very welcome. The apartments are brand new and they are located only a few miles from the beach and other amenities.
As an update, the move in process was super easy. Linda walked me through the docs. Our apartment was beautiful and clean. The Service Director Steve addressed all of my questions. We have started to participate in the activities now that we moved in. Especially like the dancing and exercise classes along with the many game days.

As we began our transition to sell and buy a new home early this year, we met the Olea Leasing team on the 1st day tours were offered. Both Sophia and Mimi welcomed us and made us feel right at home as they showed us the many features Olea at Beach Haven (OBH) had to offer. We were encouraged to learn they offered short term leases with month-to-month options to accommodate our transition, and worked closely with us as our closing dates fluctuated to minimize any gaps in our schedule. The online leasing process is a breeze and they have a residence portal that provides tenants with an efficient way to make and track online payments.
As one of the very 1st tenants, we have thoroughly enjoyed living at OBH and have made good use of the fitness center and swimming pool, as well as the many daily activities with the other residents of Olea.
Thank you Marcos, Mimi, Linda and especially Steve for making Olea Beach Haven our home. Going to be difficult to leave.
