Village Walk

I have lived here for almost two years now & am very pleased with this community.. The staff is very prompt, professional & friendly. The apartment complex itself is pretty and well kept. Inside gym & bathroom areas are sanitized and clean everytime I have been in them no matter what hours of the day/evening. My personal interactions with Ish and Sergie always reassure me why I renewed my lease again. Honestly I would not live anywhere else. Extremely happy with all the services & amenities offered here. The pool and hottub area are so picturesque that I truly feel like I'm living on a resort and always on.vacation.. that's a stress reliever right there. Donna

VillageWalk is a beautiful complex with cool amenities, but we experienced the worst management during our time there and I think it was unnecessarily overpriced. I do not recommend this place unless you're willing for headache. --Mike

VillageWalk was a horrible experience from the beginning. If I could give it zero stars I would! On move in day is when the office decided to deny the key to the apartment stating that one person did not qualify and needed both of us to apply. They had an entire month to let us know this information, yet they chose when we had a full moving truck waiting to unload our stuff to tell us. This was an unnecessary stress to scramble for documents they needed in order to hand over the keys to the apartment to avoid being stranded with furniture on the side of the road as the moving company was harassing us about time. The office kept saying Alex wasnt there that day so they could not see what we were told about the move in. Do they not communicate with each other? Does one person handle everything? Why did it even matter? They all just kept saying we could not have the keys until they had what they needed. During our stay there were also pop up fees that we were not told about. When asked, the office said we werent the only ones, was that supposed to make it okay? Now on move out they want to charge for carpet removal? There was still pet hair on the carpet from the previous tenants, yet they have the audacity to tell us its because we had a pet. Then they backtrack and email later to say, its because they have to replace the carpet every 18 months. Well, that seems like a property maintenance issue, nothing to do with us, yet we have to pay for it to be removed? They are all just a bunch of liars and frauds that bill you erroneous charges that they dont tell you about or want you to pay for when they should be handling it. I would not recommend this place for anyone else, these people just want to rob you. You are better off somewhere else.
