So I called Patty back in 2017 wanting to put my townhouse on the market and then in 2020 again but everything seemed to work in my favor and I was able to stay in the home. However in January I had finally said this was the time to finally sell and I knew Patty was going to be my #1 Realtor. As she told me then and now she would have it sold within 2 weeks and she sure did . Patty, Chris, and Devin although this sale may have taken longer then most they were extremely patient and guided me through the entire process.
