I don't understand why there are so many one star reviews. I came to the branch today, being from out of town and was treated very well (no one was rude), I was actually skeptical about this branch because of the reviews but I still went in and was seen almost right away. The wait was maybe 10-15 minutes (if that). Jorge Montero was very pleasant and helpful. People just need to be more understand and not be so demanding. Have patients when you go to the bank!!!

Branch manager Juan Ojeda accidentally left a voice mail gossiping about my husband and family members. I called him and the branch directly and no one wants to answer. Currently filing a complaint with internal affairs for defamation.

I gave it a star because I had to add one to comment but they don't even deserve a star, they treat more people badly, they stop serving before the institution closes, my experience in this place is fatal.
