They have terrible service. It is a necessity for all of us to carry out procedures with you, because there is our money, the one we work for, the one we sweat every day, the one we need. That's what you employ and it turns out that you work however you want. The hours are super bad. The telephone service does not have attention in Spanish, what is the reason, in a state where there is a large Latin community? And it takes a long time to serve, it is a lack of respect for all customers. They have terrible service. Has to be by far the worst regions branch in Miami even Florida, no women there speaks good English they never know what's going on in the black lady at the counter was vary rude in unprofessional she didn't even try to help me with my transaction, I just hope they really hire better people or close this branch down...

First time I ever review a bank but I feel its necessary, worst customer service iv ever seen and whats worst its from the manager, no desire to help! Went out of her way to prevent me from completing my task. Went in for a replacement atm card and left empty handed, took my social, took an old license and a residency card and she still denied me. Now I have no access to my funds to feed my family 5-7 days for a replacement in the mail.
