Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

17 customers on the line and only 2 tellers.. unexceptable. No manager present to address the lines. Customers where walking out of the bank.

Today, November 5, 2018 at 7:25PM I went to withdraw money from my account at Bank of America where there are 3 ATMs to withdraw cash. When I arrived there were 2 people on the street supposedly working outside the bank and they had the store closed and the ATMs closed with appointments from themselves. I asked the person supposedly in charge of the work outside the bank and his words were to close the ATMs with adhesive tape because I don't want anyone to bother me at my work. I think that Bankofamerica should hire people who are responsible for their work and who do not harm their clients in this way. Now bankofamerica has one less client. Thank you.
