UPDATE 07/07/2022: Someone from their corporate office contacted me after reading this review and made things right. This is the original review I had posted - Yep. I can attest to the fact that all the bad reviews are legit. If you open a new account for the bonus, forget it. You ain't getting it. I did all transactions within the stipulated time. I even called the 800 number to make sure we were good. I was told I had nothing to worry about as I had done the transactions within the required period. They didn't post my last 3 transactions for several days and refused to give me the bonus. I called the 800 number again. They said they have no record of the promo code being applied to my account. I went to the branch and they opened a ticket. After one week of following up I was told I missed the deadline by one day. What a joke! I don't see them lasting too long in today's competitive market place. Save yourself the hassle.

The worst bank to every bank with. Not only did they lie to me several times but held my money for a week without any actually reason given. Even though I was told and signed off on a certain amount to be available to me the next business day. Upon leaving the bank I was stopped by a bank teller outside. Who told me the reason theyre holding the money for the amount of time is because a lot of people write fake checks an also wash checks changing the amount so they have to do extra precautionary measures for the check I deposited. And that next time I should get my money wired to my account. Ive never experience this at any other bank that I have bank with ever
