        This place is fairly new we had one of their cottages and a RV slot. The cottages are very nice (new). The mgr Dawn cudnt have been any nicer close to most things a publix in walking distance

        I stayed here the month of February 2024. All and all the place was ok. As many of many of the amenities are not complete. AT&T and Verizon services worked well in the area but the wifi was not stabled. I know they had tried working with COX but was not reliable for working.

        Loud pounding music all day from the truss building company next door (500ft). Better choices for rv parks in the area.

        The park is brand new so it's still a work in progress, that being said, this was the largest rv site we have had in 2 + years of full-time life. The park is clean and quiet. We would definitely go back.

        A very new, quiet, peaceful park near essential shopping needs. Very clean facility and the 55+ community under development is very nice looking.

Even being at the park after we talked I did not hear the "pounding" music, so perhaps your phone call to them made a difference. As I mentioned you are the first person since the park opened to rate the park only a 1 star, but I respect your opinion. I hope you were able to enjoy all the other features at the park, such as the beautiful brand new clubhouse, the cleanliness, newness, and location of the RV park.
