I gave one star years ago. I didnt take the time to write a review. But his info business popped up on my screen and I couldnt help myself. If your in real crisis and need Well rounded therapist .. this is ABSOLUTELY NOT your guy. My husband and I went to his for Marriage Council. We found him online.. now speaking from experience one should have a therapist recommended. Not pulled from the website

I have never had experience with a Psychotherapist before. I contacted Dr. Forrest to help me on my Anger Management that I have had for a very long time. His naturally charming and welcoming personality with a good sense of humor put me at ease in sharing my deep personal thoughts and past issues. He is non-judgmental of my behavior, guided me through some difficult times and coached me on effective means to manage my anger. He changed my life, how I look at things that used to arouse me, and contributed to my ability to repair relationships and cracks I created to my marriage.

I cant praise Dr. Forrest enough, Ive been seeing him on and off for years. He has been my rock through many different life circumstances and always keeps me grounded when Im at my worst. I will never be able to repay this doctor for all he has done for me. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Forrest is a great Dr. He listens and make you feel comfortable to tell him your problems. If you ever need a Psychologist Dr. Forrest is the man for you.

Doctor Gary M Forrest treated me and it was a revelation. My life was like a "stormy sea" in the midst of a hurricane. I was a victim of constant upset with no ability to determine a direction that would bring calmness and peace to my life. Through careful understanding questions and conversation, and by providing the necessary calmness, comfort, and clarity, he soon understood my difficulties, personal limitations and needs, and with this necessary knowledge, he was able to redirect me to a more permanent "safe harbor". So, with my own success in mind, I gladly suggest you try Doctor Forrest. There is nothing better than finding a new direction, and in many ways, a new life.
