He always answered our questions (and we had a TON of questions at all hours of the day!) with patience, a positive attitude, and a drive to get us answers. He fought for our budget, leading us to purchase a home under the value it was appraised for! Working with Johnathan and the Gulf Pointe team didn't feel like a business relationship; it felt like a family.

There are Realtors who hold licenses and then there are professionals dedicated to their craft, who truly know the ins and outs of the trade. Sara Gerger accentuated the difference in our last transaction together. She is professional but yet has a refreshing and enjoyable personality. Would love to work with her again.

We worked with Sara Gerger to purchase a home in Naples and it was the best experience weve had buying/selling a property. Shes extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and most of all hardworking. Being an out of state buyer, we relied on Sara heavily to help familiarize us with the area, provide meaningful feedback & opinions, and walk us through the buying process in a different state. She was extremely patient with us, always available, and truly goes above & beyond. It was comforting to know we had someone in our corner looking out for our best interests at all times. Working with Realtor Sara Gerger was truly an amazing experience. Sara was extremely spontaneous and always at the ready to show us properties. My husband or I would find a property of interest, reach out to Sara, and before we knew it she obtained all of the info and wed be on our way for a showing. Shes also upfront, honest and understands the vision one may have. Her line of communication was never closed! Shed respond on weekends, holidays, during dinner you name it! Didnt just meet a realtor but gained a friend! Thanks Sara..
