In 2016, I walked into an open house where Jason Pavich was hosting a listed property. Though the home he was hosting was not the right fit for my family, one thing I came away from the interaction with him was that he was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly an honest person. In 2024, we decided to sell our home and relocate. Without hesitation, I called Jason. He was the same wonderful person, who I remembered meeting so many years prior. With Jason's professionalism, expertise, experience and out right kindness (and support), he expertly helped my wife and I through the whole nerve-racking process of selling our home. When many people describe things or people as "the best" they are just expressing words with little meaning. When we say Jason is the absolute best, we truly mean every segment and sense of the word.
