Great company!! Professionalism from start to finish and we are very pleased with the outcome. Rocky's roofers were here and worked hard each and everyday and put out quality work. However, shortly after the install was complete, we began to notice what appeared to be a white ashy appearance in our roof tiles. We had weird white streaks and spots popping up all over the tile. We reached out to the manufacturer of our tiles immediately and after speaking with their rep, I felt a tad bit discouraged that anything would be done about it. Imagine paying for a brand new roof and then being told, "it's normal for your roof to look that way! It may disappear in about 6 months!" Who pays for a new roof and then waits 6 months for it to look new? Furthermore, there were new and very similar colored roofs being installed all around us and not one looked as bad as ours looked! I immediately contacted Rocky's (which is what I should've done to begin with because they have always been great!) and was referred to Shannon. Shannon made me feel SO MUCH BETTER! He came out to our home with the vendor and assessed the situation personally. He never made me feel like it was our fault for choosing the tile we chose. He agreed with me that the roof color was not up to par and assured me that we didn't need to worry and that we would be completely happy with the outcome. Shannon worked directly with the manufacturer to make sure the problem was resolved and within a few months, our roof looked the way we thought it should! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And now neighbors are issuing compliments from all over the neighborhood. I was completely embarrassed about the new roof appearance at first and now I'm very pleased. Shannon is amazing, responsive, professional and patient. I will insert photos from the complete beginning, the new roof discoloration and the finished product! Thank you Shannon and Rocky's for helping resolve everything! I would absolutely recommend Rocky's!

Incredible professionalism and accuracy in all aspects of roofing! Rockys roofing was able to locate any and all leaks occurring in my unit and was able to provide an extremely in-depth report so that not only was I made aware of the leaks, but I was also educated as to how they occurred and the repairs needed to be made to prevent them from happening in the future. Thank you again!

They provided honest service and quality workmanship. They communicated well from the outset and kept us up to date regarding when the materials were available such that the work could be started. The employees were courteous and kept the area clean. I highly recommend them.

Wow! We are thrilled with the communication, workmanship and final outcome of our new roof. We were recommended to call Rockys by dear friends. Im so thankful I didnt have to rely on google, but Im here as your neighbor. Shannon came over and walked me through the process and was very thorough. His office staff communicated with me and was patient as I decided on a color. A roof is a long term commitment! Once construction started they pushed right through to the finish. They had some rain delays but other than that, it was 2 weeks and what a transformation! I highly recommend them if you need a re-roof.
