PLEASE BEWARE OF realtor Roopa Vicks!! She not only verbally threatened and been verbally abusive with myself, and my nieces but also find out she have been convicted of multiple crimes! Some even violent felonies! Look her up do your research. She cursed us out called us names and then only to find out how many others this happened with. Her lack of reality knowledge is unreal as well, but her the lack of clear education, I would say is least of the issues we have had. Please dont waste your time like myself and so many others have with her!

I had an amazing experience with Ellen Allen, she helped me rent out my property and also sell it a year later. She is dependable, hard worker i can Definitely say she went above and beyond as my realtor. I couldn't be happier with my experience !

I can not recommend Maryann Corona from Centry 21 enough!! If youre looking in palm beach or broward, or in our case Port Saint Lucie, she is your go to!! My husband and I were referred to Maryann and from the very first phone call introduction we knew why. Shes amazing, extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all and just all around a great person. Maryanns been a real estate agent in the area for over 20 years and her expertise shows! She fought for us every step of the way and made sure we always understood what was going on and the process. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing agent by our side through this process. If youre looking for a new home in the area Maryann is most definitely the best agent out there!

Fair warning now, avoid dealing with this company at all cost!!! I don't leave reviews but the experience I had living here for 2 years have been awful. Just to start with regular maintenance, the trash was constantly left filled where it would be all over the parking lot and the whole building had multiple issues left not up to code. There was a note left by the city for weeks, the roof was falling apart and one tile even fell inched within my car and after finally patching the multiple holes in the walls it hasn't been painted in months. Now just in my unit, there is a ceiling access that has been leaking even after they came to fix it. I had electric issues because the refrigerator is on the same circuit as a few in the house which caused it to blow. After calling almost every single day for 2 weeks they finally had 2 electricians come out who said it al needed to be redone and is NOT up to code and could cause a fire. They only had put a temporary fix which Ive had to live with. Getting in touch with the office was a nightmare, I didnt know where to even pay the rent for almost a whole month. Finally I get a personal contact from the President Jose, this is where I thought things would be better and did for a little. When I say I have never dealt with such incompetence and disrespect from a company, its unbelievable. I had an issues of needing to remove a tenant, and although I appreciate the help he had no clue whether or not what he did was legal. As you'll see in the rest of the review they have no knowledge of the law had continued to break it. It had been brought to their attention multiple times that the AC needed to be replaced. It of course went out during the hottest summer, I had a tech come and explain to them it has to be replaced, but there is a leak in the condenser coil. Wanting to wait till it goes out the next time, I asked if they could come back before that happens. The tech didnt have good communication and never came. 20 days later it goes out again, it took them 7 days to finally get the air working. They came at midnight the first night yelling, cursing, and throwing metal ladders down the stairs. They have been argumentative and disrespectful, slamming doors in the house and would just show up with no communication. I brought all this to the attention of the landlord and after he second or third day I never heard from him again. My lease is suppose to be up 10/31 which would mean BY LAW and the CONTRACT they have to give us 60 days notice if they dont want to renew. That would mean by 9/1, which they didnt tape it on my door until 9/12. Tried to lie by dating the note 9/1, we call to confront him and admits on recording that he didnt give us the full 60 days. When we asked for the extra 11 days, he said to bad and if you want it you have to pay. I mean it is disgusting that a company likes this treats their tenants with no regard and breaks multiple laws. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

We love Ms. Ellen Allen from Century 21! She is amazing. We have used her every time for purchasing and selling even when moving to another city and she is always the best. She has many years experience and we never have to worry about anything when working with her because we know she will do the best job and make the process easy.
