I went to the branch today and waited for 15 min just to make sure I'll be one of the first on the line, but instead a lady came out at 9am to tell us that the branch is temporary closed. If so, is it so difficult to print a sign and put it on the front door for the clients to know?? Such of disrespect to my and all your clients time!
