Absolutely unacceptable!!! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I went in to this location hoping to switch over to metro. Not only did the boy not say hello,he clearly did not know what he was doing. He was rude and unhelpful. He told me to pay for the line change before he made any changes. I knew that was a mistake but allowed him to charge my card anyway. Then he tells me my phone is locked so I need to go unlock it. I told him he needs to give me a refund. He called his manager out and his manager told me he cant help me and to leave the store. I told him to give me corporates number so I can get a refund since they clearly dont know what theyre doing. The manager wrote down 8008metro8 on a paper and literally shoved me out of the store. I need corporate to contact me immediately because I will be filing a law suit. This location is disgusting. The front door of the store is shattered! Its a completely unsafe building and clear that this location simply charges peoples hard earned money but provides no service hence why people have broken the door down and its clearly because of the incompetent children working here. There is no standard in this Sandalfoot bottom of the barrel location! I will never do business with metrics again because of this staff!

I will never go back to this place.Staff on Saturday night was very disrespectful they were more interested in watching football than waiting on customers and just tried to blow you off than help you. The Metro store on Hillsboro are nice and courteous that were I'm going to from now on
