Our whole experience with BGV Construction & Windows LLC has been outstanding. Right from the first call to their office, the attention to detail and customer service has been amazing. We had the sliding glass Doors in our master bedroom replaced. William came out to our house in Washington, DC, and talked through the best options for the replacement that met our needs and our budget.His team came to measure, and they provided us with a prompt quote and a clear itemized estimate for the work. Kay in the office was our key point of contact, and was always available for any questions we had during the process, and answered anything promptly. On the day of the installation, the team arrived and ensured they covered all the items in our room to prevent any damage or dust during the installation. The team was professional and completed the work with care and precision. They left our home spotless (you would never have known major work had taken place). I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service. It's so nice to deal with a company that cares about ensuring their customers' satisfaction. We will use them again for another project in the future.

BGV Construction & Windows LLC did an amazing job in installing my French door, and I highly recommend them. I'd like to thank Bill in particular for coming to my house and working with me to choose an appropriate door in our new house. He has a keen sense of design and made fantastic suggestions. Throughout the process, he was extremely patient with me. He made sure he answered all of my concerns regarding the installation process. The installation crew was excellent, courteous, professional, and respectful. I am very pleased with the outcome and wholeheartedly recommend this company to my friends here in Washington, DC.
