I couldnt be happier with the recent service I had from Climate Care. After suspecting a dead mouse might be in our HVAC ducts I called them and an hour later Jared came to investigate. He performed a careful check of the ducts, showed me photos from inside, informed me that the ducts were in great shape and that a cleaning wasnt necessary. Since Im a new homeowner he gave me a load of information on the age and condition of the air handler and A/C and recommended how to keep it in good condition. I was so happy with my experience that I signed up for a service contract for my A/C on the spot. I was also happy with a prior dryer vent cleaning that Jared had performed recently. Our HVAC system was unable to maintain heat during the coldest nights this winter. Fortunately, we called Dave at Climate Care and he was able to diagnose the issue (we needed a brand new system as ours was 20+ years old), put together a quote, source a replacement and a crane, and move around his schedule to fit us in within 48 hours. His team arrived promptly at 9am with the crane coming between 9-10am as Dave promised (we live in a townhouse community so this was important for the neighbors to know). Daves team finished by 5pm. Unfortunately, some of the wiring had been crossed or missed so the aux heat kept coming on that night. I let Dave know and he had someone come immediately the next day to fix the issue and finalize the project. Dave came a day or two later to do one final walkthrough himself to ensure everything was done correctly. He even replaced the extra filters I had sitting around with a box of new ones he had in stock that fit the new system. We signed up for his annual subscription plan, knowing we would be in good hands. Thanks for everything Climate Care team. Service: Repair HVAC
