There are several central office and on-site teams that merit mention and credit, from sales project lead Jordan, in-office concierge Sherrie, panel install and main power supply/panel connect technicians, and battery/solar panels/grid supply install technicians, Matt and Angel. At each level, everyones goal was accomplishment of what was needed for excellent success. All those goals have been achieved. There are others whose names I never knew or have forgotten, but they all worked together to get us what we have been hoping for, for a very long time.

We used savkat because of their professionalism & quality product. Weve had our panels for 3 years and are very happy with the performance. Sunpower makes quality panels.

Excellent service and a timely installation. I signed with them in late January and was exporting power to the grid by the first week of June. It would have been earlier but I was away on vacation. Jay Buckland did a great explanation of the sales proposal and answered all my questions. He invited me to their shop where I could see the panels first hand - something none of the competitors could do. John Martinez was the electrician who over saw the installation process in early May. He explained every thing in great detail and inspired a lot of confidence in the professionalism of the work. The final product looked great on my roof. In the month between the install and the final interconnect with Eversource, two panels went bad. Savkat recognized the problem immediately and sent John Denae out to fix the problem the next day. Sheri Baracliff was the post connection point of contact and was very helpful in getting me connected to the Sunpower app. All in all a great bunch of people to work with and I can highly recommend them

I have read about the transition to Solar and had got the quote from few other providers. While other providers were trying to upsell their product and finance options, Jordan from SAVKAT was very professional and his first meeting with me was very open to tell me that the project is not likely to have the expected ROI for the electricity rates in my City. Since I was in the market for EV, wanted to pursue this further and requested Jordan to give me a quote anyways and he worked with me addressing all my needs to share various option to address my current and future needs. The one stop shop for all Solar needs and warranty provided by SAVKAT (SunPower) made this deal a preferred option for me and from the time I signed the contract with them the communication was follow up constantly by the various people involved from SAVKAT and coordinated by Jordan all along. The team was quite professional and took care of all the formalities and the pre-inspection, installation and inspection process seamlessly to secure the activation ahead of time. Jordan has continued to stay in touch to share updates about the App and also about the functioning of the installation. Overall I am a very happy customer and strongly recommend SAVKAT
