Travel nurse trying to help with pandemic. Posted that me and my 4yo well trained military service dog needed a place to stay. Was reached out to bu vison homes, wasted countless amount of time going over details and filling out applications, just to have them come back and tell me because i have large dog they won't allow me to rent anymore that maybe i could pawn my service dog off who has traveled with me everywhere to friends or family while I stay. I'm glad we both defended our country to be turned away while still continuing to try and help our country!

Brad Henry is not a client of Vision Quest Homes, LLC and has no reason to post a review of our property management services. Brad Henrys false comments are in retaliation for Brad Henry being posted twice for eviction for non-payment of rent. Vision Quest Homes, LLC was hired in November 2017 to assist the owner in evicting Brad Henry for non-payment of rent ($2,790) and late fees ($1,245). Brad Henry paid the rent to stop the eviction process in November, but did not pay the late fees. During our first 2 months of management, Vision Quest Homes, LLC had the owner approve most of the repairs, maintenance and improvements that Brad Henry requested, at a cost of approx. $6,000.00, with $3,000.00 alone for a tree removal that Brad Henry deemed a hazard to his family. Despite the owner accomplishing the repairs and maintenance requested, Brad Henry still did not pay his rent. Douglas County Court issued a judgement for possession against Brad Henry on Feb 20, 2018. Brad Henry was evicted owing the landlord $2,790.00 in rent, $3,000.00 in late fees, court/attorneys fees, and the loss of rents until a new tenant can be secured.

As our property management representative, Will seemed to forget that he represents the owners , not the renters. He did not follow through on contractual items, such as walkthroughs of the property. When he finally did, we never got the results. I would not recommend him for a property manager.

Will has assisted my son in finding and renting our sons family. He found the perfect home for them.
