As a first-time home buyer, Katie held our hand through the hectic process--with lots of unexpected complications--but she helped us out with each of them in turn. On top of us checking Zillow everyday, she was also checking the MLS and for private listings for us too. In this market it's very important to have a communicative, responsive, reactive realtor and we appreciated those qualities in Katie.
