After a little rough start on trying to sell my parents home in Aurora. I was given the name of Courtney Bitner with 8z Real Estate. It was a true blessing. Courtney was a delight to work with. She kept us completely updated with every step. She had the home staged, and held an open house the first weekend it went on the market. With her resources of the internet an the amazing photography of my home. It sold that first weekend. I could not have been more overjoyed. From our first meeting to sitting at the closing everything ran as smooth as silk. The whole staff from 8z Reality that I worked with, was polite and very professional. I was also kept in formed with every detail each representative was responsible for. It was a true please to have Courtney as my agent and I felt safe knowing she was doing the very best for me and the selly of my home.
