Schoen Realty got me into my first rental property. It was a really easy process. Mike was very professional and honest through the process. I will be using Schoen Realty again in the future.

Mike did a fantastic job of selling my house. There were quite a few obstacles but he over came them and got me a great deal. I reccomend him highly.

WOW! -- Definitely recommend Mike Schoen! He was amazing to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable and constantly went to bat for me.--In this crazy real estate market, he worked diligently to me find a great condo that ticked all the boxes and wasn't extremely overpriced. He walked through the whole process with me, and he clearly and patiently answered the million questions I had. He was funny and personable, which is always a bonus when you're spending several hours looking at properties, signing paperwork, and talking on the phone with someone. Thank you Mike!

Without question, working with Mike Schoen of Schoen realty was the best decision we could have made on our first home-buying journey. As first-time home-buyers, we were uneducated and unsure about what the home-buying process entailed. From the very beginning, Mike, for lack of better expression, had our backs. We could tell that he truly wanted to help us find a home that we loved for a price within our budget - it never once felt like he was in it just for the money (it's also worth mentioning that our search lasted for months and he was always happy and willing to meet us to go look at more homes - sometimes on VERY short notice). When we finally did find "the" home for us, he made sure that we understood every part of what could/would happen in the process from the moment that we decided to make an offer, and not once did we have to wonder what was going on. What made Mike so great to work with was his huge amount of experience in the field. His knowledge was indispensable to us throughout the whole process. Not only was his knowledge great to have, he also has been in the field long enough to have great contacts. From the mortgage company to the inspection to stuff we needed to get done after the closing was over, he always had a contact that personally recommended and trusted, which worked out magically for us. If you are a potential home-buyer searching for a realtor - we would recommend Mike Schoen without any questions asked. For us, he was a 10/10 and made our home-buying experience (even the hard parts), absolutely wonderful. Should we ever decide to move out of our new, lovely home, we would undoubtedly try to work with Mike Schoen again. We are so grateful to him and all he did for us (and he has continued to be available to us for questions even after our closing!).

Two years ago we decided to make our first home to home move, the prospect of which was frightening, considering everything we'd heard about buying and selling homes. It was further complicated by the fact we needed to make a contingent offer to buy a new home. Enter Mike Schoen of Schoen Realty. I could share all he did for us, and would be happy to given the time, but what really made this a wonderfully successful endeavor was Mike's vast experience in the Denver metro market; in particular the area we were looking around Southeast Aurora and Parker, CO. We saw immediately he knew the people and market with a depth and knowledge that only years of experience could produce. Long story short, after he and his professional network staged our home beautifully, resulting in many lucrative offers to choose from, we were able to land the home of our dreams. I still recall how artfully he exhibited the merits of our contingent offer, the skill he negotiated with, and how the Mortgage Closer expressed his sincere admiration for how well everything was prepared and coordinated for the closing. Words can't convey the full appreciation we have for Mike, his team, and the immense blessing the whole experience was and remains to this day. Other than to share our experience. Thank you.
