Kris was a Godsend! We lived in Texas and literally depended on her and a couple of family members to find us a house! We bought this sight (mostly) unseen!! She was always available when we needed her! She is friendly, fun and has become what I consider a friend!

My husband and I had the pleasure working with Kris Greenway in purchasing an investment property in June 2021. What impressed us the most about Kris is her positive and can-do attitude. She made herself available to show us properties whether it was a holiday, weekend or week day. She is an action taker and very responsive to our requests. Being proactive is another great trait she has. Planning ahead for the week and around the day most new listings were posted helped us plan for our own time. In this dynamic real estate market, preparation was half of the battle in securing the property we wanted. Kris asked us questions to make us think objectively about the price vs. the value of a certain property. She put our best interest and return on investment above her own financial and professional gain. We enjoyed working with Kris so much that we have become friends with her and her husband. We would highly recommend Kris and her service if you are in the market for any real estate buying or selling.
