All I want is to help kids feel loved, cared for & appreciated. I want to make a difference in the world & make someone's day better than it was. The GEM Center allows me to work for a place that values children & helps them get on a path to reach their full potential. Lives are changed for the better. As a long-time staff member, I have seen the changes in both teachers & students. Learning comes from all areas when we are working together for a greater good.The GEM Center can help change lives & I am happy to be a part of that in any small way.

This school is a good fit for my child. They had suffered bullying both by students and adults when in public school, and were considered to be THE problem when lagging skills and a developmental disability led to the concerns. At GEM, the learners feel valued as individuals and the staff work with them to solve problems. There is scaffolding to help the learners progress academically and behaviorally so at some point they can move to a less restrictive environment. No place is perfect, but GEM Center is a great place for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder who need a smaller environment to thrive and to be around people who get them and want them to succeed.

GEM is amazing! It's rare to find a behavior analytic program that has excellent academics and social/social-emotional programming. They also utilize Precision Teaching, which is rare. The program is the total package for ensuring strong outcomes for twice-exceptional kids.

Our child has been at The GEM Center for 8 months and we've had an amazing experience. We've tried a lot of therapy, tutors, and programs and nothing has come close to the outcomes our son is experiencing at GEM. We'll always be grateful to this organization!
