        This location is an absolute train wreck. Nobody was ahead of me when I ordered. 25 minutes for a burned sandwich. I would never leave a review like this based on one visit. This has been the norm for the past 3. I'm done trying here. The management is clearly missing the point.

        I would give higher but previously had an issue and when I reached out I received no response. They also changed to points/rewards system so the point redemptions aren't as good as they used to be

        A $12 sandwich with about $1.50 worth of ingredients, and 2 minimum wage high schoolers making it. I've had enough of the ridiculous price increases. (Kudos to the high schoolers for actually having a job and being willing to work.) Firehouse has made my list of never-going-back-there-again.
