What a find! The painting Tri-plex did for my home was incomparable. It was quick, efficient, extremely professional and above and beyond all - absolutely flawless! I intensely price shopped before choosing a contractor. Tri-Plex was market-competitive - I was then able to put them on my short list. Then, after meeting with Jeff L. (owner) during the quote process, combined with referrals and customer reviews my decision on Tri-Plex was easy. The only unknown at that point was the finished product and as I noted above - my expectations were genuinely exceeded! I went from anxious homeowner nervous about a critical painting project to joyful, satisfied customer - I didn't expect it to look so perfect! They're my guys going forward - I trust them wholly!

Jeff was pleasant and professional during the initial meeting. He was very patient with all the questions I asked. Before the crew showed up for the first phase of the project there was great communication! During each phase of the project the communication continued to be superb. They were flexible with the couple of small request I had. I always felt confident during the entire process with the workmanship and professionalism they had.
