Titan Auto Body

I realize with all of the recent hail, auto body shops are crazy busy. We used Titan years ago, and we were pleased with their service. Unfortunately, things have changed. I went early last week and met with Josh for an estimate on my mirror and some damage to my rear bumper. He took my information and said Alex would email me the estimate the next day. That never happened, so I went back yesterday to follow up with Alex myself. He took my information and photos. He said again, I would receive an email the next day. Surprise, no email or phone call. If this is how they treat people, with no follow up, that is just rude. They could have declined to meet in the beginning if they are swamped. I am very understanding, but this is now twice and from the owner too! Please improve your customer service. *Update- 3 hours after this review, at 9 at night the estimate was emailed to me. Alex called me this morning to apologize for how I felt treated. Again, I understand being busy and staffing issues. I feel, however, had I not left this review, I would not have been contacted.
