Heating system was serviced, tech did not know how to fix the system properly and had to return 3 separate times to even get the heat running. System is now jury-rigged and performs poorly. Snow melt system does not work and company not honoring warranty. DO NOT HIRE.

Josh worked on a few projects recently for me. He explained the process thoroughly and did amazing work for each visit. I've been a customer for years and will continue to rely on their help.Update 1/17/25 Just had an issue with my furnace, Jerry was my technician for the second time in recent months. Very thoroughly explained what was going on and gave insight into making a proper decision. Once again very pleased with the overall services offered and the technicians they staff.

Sunshine Home was an absolute pleasure to work with. Paul was the person I first talked to and found him to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to, here also came out to my home and assessed my system and recommended the right replacement system.The scheduling of the installation was easy and they accommodated my schedule to get the installation on the books. Emails were sent identifying everyone who was coming to do the work which included pictures and a small bio for each person.Chewy was the technician who came out and got the installation completed. His crew were very efficient and professional, they covered everything up in my home to avoid damage. When the project was complete they entirely cleaned up and let my home as they found it.I would definitely recommend Sunshine for any HVAC work.
