David was absolutely wonderful at checkout. He explained upgrading my rewards and all of the additional benefits. I didnt feel forced to upgrade at all and he was so friendly the entire time!

Im an autistic women obsessed with animals so I usually spend most of my time wondering the aisles looking at the animals lol. My experience was pretty great up until getting to the register. My partner and I are from out of town so we arent used to the change in prices yet (getting there). Our cats favorite food was a lot more than we are used to so we decided to grab something else. An older man with medium length straight hair was at the register and continued to make rude remarks at us for not buying the food we first picked up. Then after getting the new food instead of offering us some advice (it seems like he may not have liked the food we got) he made another rude statement then walked away from us. This is the closest pet store near our home so unfortunately well continue to shop here but I will report this man if he makes us anymore uncomfortable.
